This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for returning or exchanging a frame house or any materials related to the construction of a frame house.
Return Policy
- Time Frame: You may return a frame house or any materials related to the construction of a frame house within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Reason for Return: You may return a frame house or any materials related to the construction of a frame house for any reason, including but not limited to:
* Defects in materials or workmanship
* Failure to meet specifications or expectations
* Change of mind or cancellation of project - Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at [email protected] and provide the following information:
* Order number
* Reason for return
* Description of the frame house or materials being returned - Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to properly package and ship the frame house or materials.
- Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned frame house or materials, we will issue a refund in the original payment method. The refund will be for the full amount of the purchase price, minus any shipping costs.
Exchange Policy

* Description of the frame house or materials being exchanged - Exchange Shipping: We will cover the cost of shipping the new frame house or materials to you. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the original frame house or materials back to us.
- Exchange Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned frame house or materials, we will issue a refund in the original payment method for the difference between the original purchase price and the price of the new frame house or materials.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price will be applied to all returns and exchanges.
Exceptions
- Custom Orders: All custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Damaged or Defective Materials: If the frame house or materials are damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
